Luxury Holiday cottage with direct beach access - Seaview
With fabulous panoramic views of Port Erin beach and bay, Seaview is a very special luxury holiday cottage located on the promenade at Port Erin beach.
You can enjoy the privacy of a secluded garden terrace behind the cottage, or absorb the beach atmosphere.
You will be transfixed with evenings spent watching the waves.
A few paces away from bars and restaurants, this cottage is always a dream to come home to.
The reception room on the top floor is perfect as a home-office should you decide to have a "work from home holiday", enjoying the beauty of the scenery and Port Erin evening life.
The cottage is dog friendly, so there is no need to leave any of your family behind!
There are three bedrooms, sleeping six in total. The master bedroom has a super-king bed, which can be split into two singles if preferred. There is a also a large double room, plus a spacious twin bedroom. Each of these bedrooms has a tremendous view of the beach.
There are two full family bathrooms and a downstairs wc/washroom all with Cole & Lewis luxury products. One bathroom has a full size bath.
The comfortable lounge has a Smart TV and a log burner style fireplace. The kitchen has a range cooker and is fully equipped with everything you should need for a self-catering holiday. An Amazon Echo means you can enjoy meals with background music. You will also find a boot room and laundry.
A sunroom leads to stairs to a large private garden at the back of the cottage, so you can relax with a coffee and a book on our beautifully handmade garden furniture, barbeque, dine and entertain.
A second reception room/ reading room is on the top floor, with a superb view of the sea.
Free WIFI is provided throughout the house and we can provide travel cot and highchair if needed.
There is ample storage for sports equipment, golf clubs and bicycles, and we provide a beautiful picnic basket with outdoor cutlery and crockery for days when you would like a walk to the headland and overlook the paddle-boarders, watch the sailing lessons and the windsurfers.
An Isle of Man coastal retreat - Palm Villa
Palm Villa is a stone’s throw from Port Erin beach in a pedestrianised lane with no passing traffic.
A calming colour scheme, a peaceful atmosphere, a spacious and sociable space next to the steam railway station in the centre of the village.
Spread over four floors there are three gorgeous bedrooms, each on a separate floor, two with en-suite and wc/washroom and the third bedroom is located next to the family bathroom which also contains laundry facilities.
The master bedroom is on the ground floor has a king-sized bed zip-link bed that can be converted into single beds, and you will find a twin bedroom on the first floor, and a further double bedroom on the third floor.
A sunny sociable open plan kitchen-lounge-diner on the second floor has seating for six at the dining table which can be extended to eight should friends be over for dinner. If you would like to eat outside in the sunny sitting area at the front of the cottage, you will find outdoor dining tables and chairs stored.
The lounge has a Smart TV and a games console and the newly fitted kitchen has everything you need for a home-from-home holiday. There is a log burner style fireplace, games, and an Alexa to play music.
WIFI is provided throughout the house. A travel cot and a high chair are provided. The accommodation is dog friendly.
With bedrooms having their own desks and chairs, Palm Villa is the perfect "work from home holiday" option.
The beach can be reached via a footbridge over a stream through a pretty glen outside the front door of the property and is a quick walk, taking less than a minute.

With plenty of boot and equipment storage, we also supply a travel cot and a high chair
A separate single bed supplied if needed to suit configuration up-to maximum of six people

Covid cancellation policy
If a lockdown takes place and staycations are disallowed by the IOM Government at the time of your stay, we will provide a refund. If your are coming from further away and the Isle of Man borders are closed at the time you plan to take your holiday, a refund will also be issued.
