Palm Villa Port Erin
A thirty second walk to the beach, Palm Villa is positioned in a secluded lane with no passing traffic and is calming and peaceful. If you are wondering where to stay in the Isle of Man, this is a a perfect spot for a relaxing break or a romantic getaway. It is spacious and sociable with its layout, which also lends itself to a special family trip.
The cottage is is set over four floors, with three beautifully decorated bedrooms on separate floors, with en-suite and wc/washroom. The third bedroom is located next to the family bathroom which also contains laundry facilities.
The master bedroom is on the ground floor with a king-sized bed zip-link bed that can be converted into single beds, and an en-suite bathroom. A further double bedroom on the third floor has an en-suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom is found on the first floor next to the family bathroom.
A sunny sociable open plan kitchen-lounge-diner on the second floor has seating for six at the dining table and within the lounge area. A Smart TV is situated in the lounge with Netflix, Amazon Prime, iPlayer, plus an XBox. The newly fitted kitchen contains a dishwasher, microwave and induction hob. Outside dining tables and chairs are found in the store to the rear of the house along with boot storage and storage for sports equipment.
WIFI is provided throughout the house. A travel cot and a high chair are provided. The accommodation is dog friendly.
With bedrooms having their own desks and chairs, Palm Villa is the perfect "work from home holiday" option.
Outdoor dining tables and chairs are available for the sunny sitting area at the front of the cottage. These are found in the storage area at the rear of the property, which also has space for bicycles, golf clubs, walking boots or kayaks, and is lockable.
The beach can be reached via a footbridge over a stream through a pretty glen outside the front door of the property.
Parking is on Strand Road at the end of the lane, or close by on Port Erin promenade.
