With tremendous panoramic views of the sea, Seaview is a beautiful holiday cottage located on the promenade at Port Erin beach.
Seaview is a very special place to have a holiday, being in the centre of vibrant Port Erin life whilst also being able to enjoy the privacy of a secluded garden terrace behind the cottage.
You will feel relaxed with the beautiful colour scheme and furniture inside, but your eye will be drawn to the stunning backdrop of the coast.
A second reception room on the top floor is perfect as a home-office should you decide to have a "work from home holiday", enjoying the beauty of the scenery and Port Erin evening life.
The cottage is dog friendly, so there is no need to leave any of your family behind!
In addition, there is ample parking directly outside the cottage, or anywhere on Port Erin Promenade.
There are three bedrooms, sleeping six in total. The master bedroom has a superking bed, which can be split into two singles if preferred. We also have a double room, and a twin room. Each of these bedrooms has a wonderful view of the beach.
The lounge has a Smart TV for Netflix, Amazon Prime and iPlayer, and the kitchen has a range cooker and is fully equipped with everything you should need for a self-catering holiday.
A sunroom leads to a large private garden at the back of the cottage, so you can relax with a coffee and a book on our beautifully handmade garden furniture, barbeque, dine and entertain.
A second reception room is on the top floor, with a superb view of the sea.
Two full bathrooms, plus a downstairs washroom, WC, boot room and laundry.
Fast WIFI is provided throughout the house, and dogs are welcome. We can provide travel cot and highchair if needed.
There is ample storage for sports equipment, golf clubs and bicycles, and we provide a beautiful picnic basket with outdoor cutlery and crockery for days when you would like a walk to the headland and overlook the paddle-boarders, watch the sailing lessons and the windsurfers.
